With a critical analysis of “Trump and the American History,” this course will take you to a discovery and exploration into some of the most important ideas in American history such as free press, health care, racism, democracy, elections and economics. Most importantly, this course attempts to explore what it means to be an American. The instructor welcomes a diversity of thought.

INSTRUCTOR: Paul Macek has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in both history and English. He has taught U.S. History and American Literature at the high school level. He has also worked as a proofreader and copyeditor for thirty years. Paul is the author of seven books, most importantly, in local history with the title Early History of Webster, Dudley, and Oxford.
