In this course, we will explore the many historical venues along the I-95 corridor such as the Hudson River, James River and the Marshes of Glynn. Each week we will enjoy a virtual historical ride along the corridor visiting the settings where events of historical importance occurred and why they were important. Topics will include the establishment of a free nation, the tragic road to emancipation and the winding course of commerce and innovation.

INSTRUCTOR: Dr. Jed Watters is a former Assumption College history professor and retired naval officer.
