In this course we examine an earlier era when conspiracy thinking was on the rise - the late 40s to mid-70s.We look at the role Hollywood films played in reflecting, and in some cases spreading conspiracy ideas. We will consider many of the conspiracy themed films from these years, among them Invasion of the Body Snatchers, The Manchurian Candidate, and All the President’s Men.
