For those who enjoy the theater, join members of the staff in a relaxed social setting as we explore different facets of the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts -Worcester’s own world-class Broadway venue.  Learn about the Theatre’s fascinating history, magnificent transformation, and day-to-day operation and the business of Broadway and other performing arts.  Each session will include a special behind-the-scenes tour and will feature various topics such as the history of the theater in Worcester, staging of shows, production of the Christmas Carol, and a concert on the Wurlitzer organ.  Speakers include: Troy Siebels, President and CEO as well as director of the annual Christmas Carol production; Donald Phipps, founder and Curator of Hanover’s Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ; Susan Ceccacci, Architectural Historian and Education Director for Preservation Worcester; and Jon Rosbrook, Hanover Theatre Production Manager.
