By lecture and musical example this course will present aspects of the music of Jean Sibelius. Topics will include: nationalism, mythology, and his symphonies, chamber music and last orchestral works.  

GROUP LEADER:  Robert C. Walters is a retired secondary and college educator, musician, and Episcopal priest with graduate degrees from Harvard, the University of Massachusetts and Clark University.
