Voting is fundamental to our democracy. What needs to change in the 21st century? Should the Electoral College system be changed? Should the primary process be changed? Should campaign financing be changed? What are reasonable voting restrictions? In this course, we will make ourselves better informed by discussing these issues and the options.

Jean Sifleet is a retired attorney and CPA. She worked in corporate management, consulting, and private practice. She has taught business and intellectual property law. In retirement, Jean served as an Access to Justice Fellow and worked with the Mass Law Reform Institute on immigration policy and reform initiatives.
